About Angel Assist Care Services

Angel Assist Care Services, LLC, is an In-Home Care Service Provider with a comprehensive home care license by the Minnesota Department of Health. We service people who, because of an illness, disability, or physical condition, cannot perform the tasks for themselves, or who cannot travel to receive health services. The services may include medication management, complex medical care like tube feedings and ventilator care, and other health-related procedures cared out by a registered nurse (RN). Other times health-related tasks are delegated to and performed by unlicensed personnel under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed health professionals.

Our Home caregivers also assist people with non-medical tasks, such as going to the bathroom, bathing, and transferring from one location to another.

Medication Management
We ensure proper medication management, (including medication reminders, prescription refills and supervision of medication administration to prevent errors and ensure well-being.

Companionship and Social support
We arrange for caregiver to offer companionship engaging in meaningful conversation, accompanying individuals to appointments, outing and social activities and enhancing emotional well-being.
